Shipping costs will be detailed in advanced in your proforma invoice. You also have the option of arranging shipping on your own.

SHIPPING TIMES

The standard shipping time for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) is 48 hours. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, it is 3-4 days. The shipping time to the rest of the EU is 4-5 days. Time is expressed in business days.

DESTINATIONS COVERED

We ship our products to the entire European Union.


Refunds & Returns

Returns are not accepted for hygienic/sanitary products (masks, wipes, hand sanitizer...) due to the nature of the product itself. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a defective or damaged product. For our machines (vending, purifiers, dispensers...), there is a 10-day period from the receipt of the product during which you can return it without a specific reason (the customer will cover the return costs), and we will provide a full refund of the purchase amount. The warranty for defects is valid for 30 days from the receipt of the product. Returns are not accepted for personalized products.

En cualquier caso, cubriremos con sus costes de devolución si es por causa de que el producto esté defectuoso o dañado dentro del período de garantía establecido y se le devolverá el importe íntegro de su compra o le reemplazará la mercancía. No se considera “producto dañado” si el envase de cartón se ha abollado durante el transporte, mientras el artículo en sí esté en buen estado. No se considera “producto defectuoso” si usted no está conforme con el tamaño, color… dado que esta información se detalla claramente en la propia página de cada artículo antes de la compra.

SV life is not responsible for incidents during delivery (recipient absent, delays, etc.), as these are matters between the package recipient and the courier company. The courier company does not allow us to resolve issues or provide delivery instructions once the package has left our warehouse; only the recipient can do so. If the merchandise is returned to us in good condition after several failed delivery attempts, we will refund the purchase amount minus the actual shipping costs.
