Retail (Amazon)

For retail orders, Amazon’s shipping, returns & refunds policies apply.

 

Wholesale (Professional clients)

For wholesale orders managed directly with (without third-party platforms like Amazon), the following conditions apply: 

PAYMENT

We will issue a Proforma Invoice after the client accepts the quotation. Payment will be made in advance, at the acceptance of the Proforma Invoice by the client, and goods will be shipped upon receiving the payment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be specified in the quotation and the proforma invoice, and will be paid fully in advance. There will not be extra costs nor customs fees when receiving the products.

SHIPPING TIME

The usual shipping time for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) is 48 hours. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, it is 3-4 days. The shipping time for the rest of the EU is 4-5 days. Time is expressed in business days.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship our products to the entire European Union.

 

Warranty & Returns

Returns are not accepted for hygiene/healthcare products (masks, wipes, hand sanitizer, etc.) due to the nature of the product itself. Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged. For our vending machines, there is a 10-day period from the receipt of the product to return it without a reason (the customer will cover the return costs), and we will refund the full amount of the purchase. The warranty for defects is valid for 30 days from the receipt of the product. Returns are not accepted for customized products.

In any case, we will cover the return costs if it is due to a defective or damaged product within the established warranty period, and the full amount of the purchase will be refunded or the merchandise will be replaced. It is not considered “damaged” if the cardboard packaging is dented during transport, as long as the item itself is in good condition. It is not considered “defective” if you are dissatisfied with the size, color, etc., as this information is clearly detailed on each item’s page before purchase.

SV Life is not responsible for incidents during delivery (customer absence, delays, etc.), as these are between the package recipient and the courier company. The courier company does not allow us to resolve issues or provide instructions regarding delivery once the package has left our warehouse; only the recipient can do so. If the merchandise is returned to us in good condition after several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the purchase amount will be refunded, deducting the actual shipping costs.
